* We do not charge VAT - this gives home users and small businesses a saving of 17.5%
* We do not charge call-out fees to home users within 15 miles of our workshop in Scotter (East of the River Trent only).
We will inform you if any call-out fees are chargeable when you book an appointment.
* We charge by the half hour (minimum 1 hour), payable upon completion of work.
* Completed work is covered by our 30 day labour only warranty, commencing from the original invoice date. This excludes
faults caused by software, viruses and end-user errors.
* All brand new hardware supplied by us comes with a minimum of 1 year manufacturer's warranty. We only supply new hardware,
unless specified or requested by the customer.

We are unable to provide quotations over the phone for many of our services, due to the unique nature of each computer system.
However, where possible we will try to give a reasonable estimate based on the information you give us.
